Our first evaluation criterion is on the company emphasis or how well the branding firm handles emphasizing the company name and image. Is the vendor able to accomplish what they set out to do for your company.
The next evaluation criterion focuses on customer involvement. Does the vendor keep the customer involved in the development of the branding strategy? Does the vendor work to understand the needs of the customer?
The third evaluation criterion looks into the speed at which the branding firm is able to provide their finished work to the customer. What types of deadlines are set and was the vendor able to consistently meet or beat deadlines?
