Position Summary

The SharePoint Developer will be responsible for the custom development and design of Moss 2007.  They will work with SharePoint to provide technical solutions for the client.

Responsibilities:

    Develop and support business functions
    Design portal components Web Parts, customizing, integrating with third party solutions, and implementing an Enterprise SharePoint solution
    Contribute to the creation of business software specifications, develop and enhance computer software programs, and perform business analysis and quality assurance testing
    Design and implement program logic
    Develop programming specifications, logic flow charts, and process diagrams
    Collaborate with business personnel to define requirements of programming efforts
    Report progress and status of assigned tasks to project teams and managers
    Troubleshoot and resolve issues

Requirements:

    5 years of experience developing software for business applications
    Professional experience in website development
    Solid grasp of MOSS 2007 design and implementation
    Passion for and understanding of design patterns, standards and brand guidelines
    Understanding of the following languages: C#, XML, ASP.NET, AJAX, CSS, WCF, WWF, HTML and SQL
    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    Strong oral and written communication skills
    Bachelors degree or higher with a strong preference towards computer and base sciences or mathematics
