What you need for this position:
3 years of user interface design
Experience designing web interfaces for Web 2.0 applications
Familiar with Flex or Flash or Silverlight
Strong usability skills, artistic and creative
B.S. in a design or technology field

Design interfaces using Web 2.0 technologies
