Job Description:
Provide multimedia support in design, development and delivery for various
software products. Provides Computer Based Tutorials CBTs, E-Learning solutions, video production, CDs, and graphical presentations. Participates in requirements gathering sessions for multimedia activities and other meetings required by the Government. Provides classroom presentation and facilitation of CBTs, video production, and other products as needed. Provides reports, charts, reference material, training modules, courseware and multimedia presentations and demonstrations at the government's request.
Required Skills
-Applied experience designing and developing custom web sites and interactive applications.
-Applied advanced knowledge developing original interactive web-based multimedia applications from concept phase to final deployment.
-Applied experience collaborating with instructional designers to translate client needs into engaging, interactive multimedia training programs.
-Applied experience with Dreamweaver or Eclipse.
-Applied advanced experience programming in ActionScript 3.0, ActionScript 2.0 and with the Adobe Flash authoring environment.
-Applied advanced experience with CSS, XML, JavaScript and XHTML.
-Advanced applied experience with AJAX, PHP, Java, Ruby, XSLT, SQL Server or JSP.
-Applied experience designing and developing databases and integrating them with web-based learning products and systems.
Desired Skills
Applied experience designing and developing reports to summarize and analyze information within databases.
Intermediate to advanced experience with Adobe FlexFlexBuilder.
Familiarity with Windows System Administration
