Here is what it takes:

    A web-based portfolio that showcases a depth of quality and a dimension of experience
    Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
    Self-motivated, hard-working and detail oriented
    3 years of UIUX design experience with a solid understanding of web standards
    Have data visualization experience
    Write clean, simple, easy-to-read code
    Hand Code XHTMLCSS
    Javascript knowledge is a plus
    Have worked with SVN or are familiar with some type of version control is a plus
    Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
